JOHN    MARSHALL
PRESENTS

The Off Stage Awards

Often when you think of award shows, you think of actors, artists, athletes, and entertainers. Those are the individuals who are most notably recognized for their performances on the stage, screen, courts, and fields. However, there are those who shine bright not under a spotlight or in front of a crowd, but in darkness and in the shadows, mostly when no one is watching.

In The Gospel according to John, chapter 4, and verse 44, Jesus testifies that a prophet has no honor in his own country. The bible also informs us that we are to give honor to whom honor is due. It is with this in mind, that the Creative Visionary behind John Marshall Presents wishes to honor those who are truly deserving of honor for not only their Kingdom service, but also for their community service.

It has been impressed upon the heart of Pastor John Marshall to create what will now be known as... The Off Stage Awards. These awards will be presented in each city John Marshall Presents visits and will be given to the unsung heroes, the real MVP’s, the true stars who are making a difference both in the people and the world around them, day after day, year after year.

Collectively these honorees have over 150 years of both ministry and civil service to Connecticut and The Kingdom. Their unwavering and steadfast faith along with their commitment to being an advocate for social and racial injustices, as well as educational and economic disparities prove that they are indeed worthy of this award.

These carefully and prayerfully selected individuals will be the first ever award recipients of the John Marshall Presents Off Stage Awards and will be honored on stage in front of a sell-out crowd to receive the standing ovation in which they truly deserve.

Please join John Marshall on Saturday, June 24, 2023, after the presentation of the smash hit theatrical production: Torn Between The Two at The Theater of the Performing Arts in Hartford, CT as we celebrate and pay honor to...
